Prof. Dr. Guillermo Raspall is one of the pioneers of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Spain. He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Barcelona (UB), Doctor of Medicine and Surgery from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and specialized doctor both Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Prof. Dr. Guillermo Raspall is one of the pioneers of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Spain. He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Barcelona (UB), Doctor of Medicine and Surgery from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and specialized doctor both Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery. For 12 years he has been Professor, Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Autonoma Barcelona (UAB); is currently Emeritus Professor of Surgery, Department of Stomatology of the Universidad San Pablo-CEU.
Prof. Dr. Raspall during the period 1991-2011 has served as Head of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Vall d’Hebron University Hospital in Barcelona, being responsible for training new specialists worldwide.

Regular guest courses, conferences and international symposiums, their papers cover a wide range: from head and neck tumors, pathology of the salivary glands or rhinoplasty; noteworthy that Prof. Raspall has been one of the pioneers in Spain of modern dental implantology, highlighting its expertise in pterygoid and zygomatic implants
